Faith the Size of a Mustard Seed

“Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.”  Hebrews 11:1

Faith is trusting God will do what we are not able to do in our own strength.  Faith is believing God for the impossible and having a vision to see it happen.  We trust that God will supply our every need and want; but is there a little doubt in the back of your mind?  Is that small doubt enough to consume you?  God said all you need is a mustard seed size of faith.  Matthew 17:20 states, “…Truly I tell you, if you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you can say to this mountain, ‘Move from here to there,’ and it will move.  Nothing will be impossible for you.”

For example, a desire of your heart may be a house that may cost $200,000 or more.  In the natural this is out of your budget, you are unable to afford this home.  Do you have the faith to believe that God can do ALL things and believe that if this house is for you nothing can stand in the way of you purchasing this home?  Do you have faith to believe that God will supply what you need or put you in the path of the person that will help you obtain this home?  It is important to stand on the Word at all time.  First, you should gather up scriptures on the promises that God will give you that house and stand firm during the process.  Your faith comes into play when you can see the house, then you start envision things inside the house before long you can picture yourself in the house.  As you firmly stand on the Word and walk by faith the unseen will be visible.

Father I ask that you give me the faith to believe in the unseen.  I ask that you remove all doubt and unbelief.  I thank you for guidance and wisdom in the process of standing on your word as I believe for (insert what you want to extend your faith for).  I thank you father that it is already done according to (insert scripture you have on what you are believing God for).  In Jesus name Amen!
